Antique Cast Iron Lock w Brass Lock. Salvaged Thumb Turn Dead Bolt Lock. The top latch is a thumb lever, the bottom handle or door knob is brass and turns right to open. The door lock knob has a beautiful little detail ring. If I had a vertical windows I would love to use it as a window lock. Great prop piece. Made by Corbin, it's vintage hardware is very sought after and are fabulous vintage finds. All parts move easily, bought at an estate sale, told is is very old and found in the attic. In vintage or antique condition but is in such good condition, it could easily be restored.
I love this vintage door hardware. It can be used to decorate your home in a variety of ways. It would be stunning in a shadow box or added to a trunk or window.
How cute would it be used a a hook, a paperweight and it could even be used as a doorstop.
